Origin: HCM City, Vietnam.
Quantity: Spot offer of1000,000mt (five hundred thousand ton).
Deliveries: As per schedule mutually agreed.
Shipments: Approx.20days after receipt of operative banking instrument.
First shipment – 50,000mt-125,000mt
Second shipment – 50,000mt-125,000mt
Third shipment – 50,000mt-125,000mt
Fourth shipment – 50,000mt-125,000mt
Price: 5% Broken - US$750.00/mt C&F AWSP
15% Broken - US$730.00/mt C&F AWSP

Packaging: 50kg new seaworthy (PE) lining bags.
Packing: Bulk.
LoadingPort: Vietnam main port, seller’s option.
Inspection: SGS or equivalent at loading port at seller’s account. Any
inspection required at destination port at buyer’s account.
Payment Terms: Irrevocable, transferable, confirmed, stand by documentary letter of
credit by top 25 world banks for full contract amount payable 100%
at sight against required documentation. Monthly consignment
amount shall be drawn against SBLC.
